煮干系醤油ラーメンを看板メニューとする新潟県発のラーメン店、三宝亭がニューヨークのリトル・トーキョーとも言われるイーストビレッジでデビューした。

同店の看板メニューであるラーメン、ギョウザをはじめ、アペタイザーである鮪と雲丹の重ね寿司、メインの和牛ステーキなど、豊富なメニューが揃っている。50席の店内は高級感溢れるモダンな内装で、ラーメン店とは思えない雰囲気だが、本格的な日本のラーメンがリーズナブルな価格で味わえる。
新潟県産の日本酒と共に楽しみたい。

All the way from Niigata Japan, SANPOUTEI -Gyoza & Ramen- debut in New York with its signature shoyu ramen featuring niboshi broth. This 50 seats ramen joint located in East Village, where it has become known as New York City’s “Little Tokyo.” From the signature ramen and gyoza, to appetizers like kasane sushi and main course dishes such as Wagyu steak, this place will for sure accommodate the needs of all customers.

Because of its modern interior, it almost felt like you’re eating at a high-class restaurant instead of a ramen joint. Yet at the same time, this is a place where you get to enjoy authentic Japanese ramen and other specialty dishes at a reasonable price.
Sake came directly from Niigata is for sure a must try as well.

Sake coming all the way from Niigata, which is renowned as the best area for growing rice and fermenting sake in Japan.
